In addition, the presentation will show attendees different ways to think about being more resilient, even in challenging situations, and what authentic, tangible self-care looks like.

Problem And Solution:

Workplace culture frequently sets the tone for how employers assist employees in adopting healthier behaviors at home and work. Most current health and wellness programs offer support for stress management because it is a problem that affects everyone from time to time. In addition, leaders in the business world want to assist employees in achieving a healthy mental state and maintaining work productivity. Sadly, despite this focus on stress management, many employees still have trouble coping with stress at work. According to a Gallup survey, it affects as many as 55% of workers in the United States.

Understanding that stress is a normal human emotion but that unhealthy levels don't appear overnight is one of the most important aspects of stress management. The emotional and physiological responses to stress can be harmful when pressures and feelings of anxiety build up over time. Sadly, many people think that the only way to deal with stress is to do things that make it easy to forget or ignore the causes.

Methodology:

I chose to employ Merrill's Principles Methodology to emphasize demonstrations more, allowing students to increase their experience and knowledge gradually. While focusing on real-world problems and assignments, I want students to put what they have learned into practice. With Merrill's Principles Methodology, I could develop a course that tests students' comprehension, evaluates their prior knowledge, demonstrates potential solutions, and challenges them to solve real-world problems independently.
